• The client has a large claim staff dedicated exclusively to Rhode Island workers' compensation
• There was a need to exploit the data hidden within the client’s existing information applications and develop customer relationship management to facilitate new markets

Key Issues

• The client wanted to simultaneously start the development of the data warehouse while one of the major operational systems (the policy and claims management systems) was being replaced
