• The client is a government organization that handles complex business functions worldwide. This government organization handles the supply chain and repair functions for a specific area of the defense department.
• The client needed to replace legacy supply chain systems and paper spreadsheets as well as have full visibility across their entire supply chain.

Key Issues

• There was a needed to replace multiple legacy systems from many different parts of the organization (these parts of the organization are referred to as “commands”).
• Additionally, the client needed to consolidate separate business processes from separate commands and depots, as well as re-engineer interfaces to other government systems and business process.
