  • Job setup, time entry, and invoicing were manually intensive processes and not integrated with sales force

Outcomes

  • The Revere group deployed Great Plains Financial Suite with third party add-ins to automate the process of job setup, time entry and billing
  • The client now has the ability to interact with customers via email – time approval, invoices, and statements
  • Now the client’s staff can enter time and do approvals via the internet.
  • Revere automated many back office functions, including bank reconciliation, collections, consolidated financial statements, resulting in saving hours of valuable time
