CRM/Great Plains Integration Redeployment

A subsidiary of a large multi-national concern uses Great Plains as their order entry system, and planned to transition to their somewhat recent installation of CRM and the CRM/Great Plains integration.
During this transition, orders stopped transferring from Great Plains into CRM
Key Issues
The Revere Group was called in to repair a CRM and a CRM/Great Plains installation that had been compromised due to an installation of McAfee virus scanner.
A major issue was getting fields from Great Plains to migrate through Biztalk into CRM. At the same time ensuring their custom fields were mapped correctly in Biztalk to populate the appropriate fields in both CRM and Great Plains.
Outcomes
All data is being successfully migrated between the two systems with no hitches, and McAfee is no longer automatically deployed to the integration server
