• This client is an international provider of products and services that help companies communicate through print and digital technologies
• The client had little data warehousing experience, but needed a mechanism for delivering enterprise-wide reports integrating data from SAP R/3 and the legacy applications

Key Issues

• Helped plan and manage the project, using The Revere Group’s architected data mart development methodology and associated deliverable templates
• Identified critical architecture topics (incl. subject inventory, meta data & data quality) and worked with client staff to develop a strategy for each
• Conducted training sessions to familiarize client staff with concepts and proposed strategies
