Dan Kinsella is a Vice President and National Healthcare Practice Leader with The Revere Group.
Dan is responsible for all solution offerings and consulting delivery services to Providers, Payors, Biotech/Life Science and Association clientele.
Dan has over 25 years of experience in analyzing, recommending and implementing technology-enabled operational improvements to enhance core healthcare business processes with bottom-line results. His experience has been in variety of industries including healthcare, insurance, government and manufacturing/distribution.
He has developed and implemented strategic information technology plans and is a successful developer of new solutions, new business, recruiter and team leader. Prior to joining The Revere Group Dan spent 6 years at Cap Gemini Consulting (formerly Ernst and Young) where he served as Vice President and Partner in the organization. He was responsible for the career development of 25-40 professionals. Dan actively sold and led numerous projects involving teams of 5 to 45 people addressing Clinical Information Systems, Patient Access/Patient Accounting CRM and ERP.
Dan also served as partner ambassador for all campus recruiting at Northwestern University. Prior to his roles at Ernst & Young Dan held the position of Senior Vice President at Bricker and Associates where he served as one of five partners with 40-80 professionals specializing in productivity consulting: process redesign, organization design and technology implementation. Here he engaged, sold and led a variety of client projects in healthcare, managed care, and manufacturing and database marketing with project teams ranging in size from 2-7 people.
Dan developed and refined internal processes for lead generation and practice development as well as a campus and experienced-hire recruiting initiative. Prior to his work at Bricker & Associates he spent 15 years at Andersen Consulting. Dan received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology from Northwestern University. He also holds a Masters in Management in Health Management and Finance from Northwestern University.He is a member of ACHE and HIMSS and is a frequent presenter and author.
