Interview Guide Streamlines Dental Association’s Search for an Experienced Call-Center Director
When the resignation of a key executive left a dental industry association without someone to manage its member-services call center, the organization needed to respond rapidly to fill this vital position. The association turned to The Revere Group to guide the process for identifying candidates with the technological expertise and the managerial skill set required for the role.
The Revere team responded to the challenge by drawing upon its experience in call-center operations and by immersing themselves in the client’s existing practices and culture. Based on this knowledge, Revere identified the essential criteria for the position and created an interview guide that allowed the client to quickly screen for candidates with exceptional qualifications. Dairy Management Inc. (DMI) performed a strategic assessment of their outsourced IT service organization. This resulted in a decision to perform a competitive selection process upon contract renewal.
